Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a capable professional to join our Retail Banking Group in the virtual branch. You will be the first point of contact, delivering accurate product information and resolving customer issues to high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, a High School Degree, and strong Word/Excel skills. Bilingual English and Arabic is required, with self-motivation and multitasking abilities emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High School Degree in related subject.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic, strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in virtual branch and provide consistent and accurate product information and service to resolve issues.
• Perform care and diligence to protect the virtual Bank from loss and ensure policies are followed.
• Provide standardised and ad hoc reporting to business units per SLAs.
• Manage and motivate the team to participate in change initiatives and projects.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver high standard of service.
