Job summary

NeosLegal - UAE Crypto Law Firm is seeking an Associate to join the team, working remotely or onsite in the UAE. You will advise founders and startups on virtual asset licensing, draft and manage regulatory submissions, and review client advisory documents.

You will conduct legal research, coordinate with regulators and clients, and help keep matters on track in a fast-moving environment. A law degree and UAE regulatory familiarity are required, and fluency in English is essential with Russian

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Fluent Russian is a huge bonus.
• Genuine curiosity about crypto law, not just a CV line.
• Ability to keep up with a fast-moving, experienced team.
• Legal background in corporate, financial services or regulatory law.
• Familiarity with UAE regulators or virtual asset frameworks.
• Law Degree from a reputable university.

NeosLegal is the UAE’s first crypto native law firm. We’ve been in the trenches of UAE virtual asset regulation since before most of the frameworks existed. We’re looking for an Associate to join our team, working remotely or onsite.

You won’t be doing background work on someone else’s deals. You’ll be inside the room where real decisions get made, for real founders, across five UAE regulators.
