Job summary

Agram, a UAE-based law firm, seeks a Legal Associate to support clients in VARA licensing and fintech regulation. You will advise on regulatory frameworks, draft and negotiate contracts for virtual assets and financial services, and monitor industry developments to deliver strategic guidance.

The role requires strong English communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus, with a minimum of four years in relevant regulatory practice and a proactive, client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• LL.B or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience in virtual assets, fintech, or financial services regulation.
• Deep understanding of VARA framework and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Excellent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
