Apt Resources | Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Arabic & Indian Cuisine Chef (CDP level) to join the private kitchen of a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes high-standard Arabic and Indian dishes tailored to the family's preferences.

You will manage daily kitchen operations, ensure top presentation and hygiene, and participate in menu planning. A food trial in the UAE is required, with accommodation and meals provided in this luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine.
• Experience in private households, VIP settings, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality Arabic and Indian cuisine according to family preferences and standards.
• Handle daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations efficiently.
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, hygiene, and food quality.
• Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic and Indian dishes, including curries, grills, rice dishes, breads, and other specialties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
• Assist with menu planning and preparation based on the family's requirements.
