Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Continental cuisine to join a private VIP family in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on hot and cold dishes, presenting high-quality meals, and maintaining top hygiene standards in a luxurious household setting.

The successful candidate will work under the Head Chef, preparing diverse Continental dishes and adapting to family preferences. A 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi may be required, with accommodation provided as part of the

Qualifications

Proven CDP level with strong Continental cuisine experience.
Knowledge of Continental hot and cold food preparation techniques.
Experience in luxury settings such as private households or VIP environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Continental hot and cold dishes to meet family preferences and dietary requirements.
Handle assigned kitchen sections and ensure smooth food preparation.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, soups, and main courses as required.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, freshness and presentation.
Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
Assist with stock rotation, storage of ingredients, and daily menu planning.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to create daily menus and special meals.
