Job summary

Apt Resources | Recruitment Specialists in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Arabic & Indian Cuisine Chef at CDP level to join a VIP family's private kitchen.

You will prepare Arabic and Indian dishes, manage daily kitchen operations, and ensure high standards of taste, presentation and hygiene in a luxury home environment.

Candidates must be CDP-trained, fluent in Arabic and Indian cuisine, available for a UAE food trial, and able to work independently in a private household.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine.
• Experience in private households / VIP settings is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and attend a food trial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality Arabic and Indian cuisine according to family preferences.
• Handle daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, hygiene, and food quality.
• Prepare a variety of dishes including curries, grills, rice dishes, breads.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
• Assist with menu planning based on family requirements.
