Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled culinary professional at Chef de Partie (CDP) level to join the private culinary team of a VIP Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on Continental Cuisine – Hot & Cold, delivering high-quality dishes in a private, luxurious household setting.

You will work under the Head Chef, manage Continental hot and cold sections, and ensure top standards of hygiene, presentation, and taste.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Chef de Partie level in Continental hot and cold cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques for hot and cold dishes.
• Experience in luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, private household, or VIP environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety and kitchen standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
• Professionalism, discretion, reliability and flexibility are essential.
• 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE may be attended if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental hot and cold dishes according to the family's preferences.
• Handle hot and cold kitchen sections and ensure smooth food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, soups, and main courses as required.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and ingredient availability.
• Work closely with Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare daily menus and special meals.
• Adapt dishes according to the family's preferences and requirements.
