Job summary

HYF Medical Center in Dubai is seeking a Premium Healthcare Membership Consultant to advise and convert prospective and existing members into premium memberships. You will present membership programs, coordinate with physicians, and tailor solutions to individual health goals while maintaining privacy and high service standards.

You will build relationships with VIP clients, manage inquiries via calls, messages and meetings, and drive sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in premium sales, membership sales, or VIP client service.
Experience with high-ticket or premium memberships is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Consult with prospective and existing members to understand health needs and preferences.
Present and explain membership benefits, programs, pricing, and terms clearly.
Coordinate with medical teams to tailor membership options and arrange physician consultations.
Generate new premium memberships and achieve monthly/annual targets; develop sales pipelines.
