Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Part-Time Family Chef for a private VIP family in Dubai. The role blends restaurant-quality cooking with healthy, fresh meals, including breakfast for children and adults, lunch, and dinner, with minimal event duties.

Requires proven VIP/fine-dining background, versatile cuisines (European, Russian, Central Asian), strong hygiene standards, menu planning, and independent kitchen management during the morning schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in VIP-level restaurants, fine dining or high-end culinary establishments is mandatory.
• Exceptional culinary skills with restaurant-quality food that is delicious, refined and exceptionally healthy.
• Strong knowledge of healthy cooking and wellness-oriented nutrition.
• Versatility across European, Russian, Central Asian and international cuisines.
• Ability to prepare nutritious and appealing children's meals.
• Strong understanding of ingredient quality, freshness and food safety.
• Excellent menu-planning and grocery-selection skills.
• High standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Professional, discreet, reliable and respectful of private-family environments.
• Able to work independently and manage the kitchen efficiently within the morning schedule.

Responsibilities

• Start work at 6:00 AM to prepare and serve a fresh, nutritious breakfast for the children before school.
• Prepare and serve breakfast for the adults at approximately 9:00 AM.
• Prepare and cook lunch and dinner for the family for the day.
• Organise meals appropriately for storage and provide clear reheating instructions where required.
• Create diverse weekly menus according to the individual tastes, dietary preferences and nutritional needs of the family.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals suitable for adults and children.
• Apply fine-dining techniques and presentation standards while maintaining a comfortable family-style approach.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of healthy eating, wellness, fitness nutrition and quality ingredients.
• Independently manage the complete grocery-shopping process, including visiting premium supermarkets and markets and selecting the freshest, highest-quality products.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and sanitary standards at all times.
• Monitor food freshness, storage conditions and expiry dates.
• Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen.
• Adapt menus according to family feedback, preferences and changing requirements.
• After completing breakfast and preparing lunch and dinner, leave the residence for the day.
