Qualifications

Proven experience in VIP-level or fine dining restaurants is essential.
Conversational Russian is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of healthy, wellness-focused and nutritious cooking.
Excellent knowledge of Russian, Central Asian and European home-style cuisine.
Confident preparing healthy and balanced meals for children.
Highly organised, discreet and attentive to detail.
Strong understanding of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and safe food storage.

Responsibilities

Create a varied weekly menu based on the family’s preferences and dietary needs.
Prepare and serve fresh breakfast each morning.
Prepare lunch and dinner for the day ahead, including clear reheating and storage instructions.
Independently manage grocery shopping and select high-quality ingredients.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
Monitor food quality, freshness and expiry dates.
