Qualifications

• Proven experience in VIP/fine dining settings is mandatory.
• Exceptional culinary skills with restaurant-quality, healthy meals.
• Strong knowledge of healthy cooking and wellness nutrition.
• Ability to design diverse menus across European, Russian and Central Asian cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Start early to prepare nutritious breakfasts for children and adults.
• Prepare and cook lunch and dinner for the family daily.
• Organise meals with clear storage and reheating instructions.
• Create weekly menus tailored to tastes and dietary needs.
• Maintain high hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Manage complete grocery shopping from premium markets.
