You will respond to inquiries across voice and written channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive client satisfaction and retention. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with Mandarin as the primary working language.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written). Mandarin will be used as a primary working language.
• Experience in customer service, VIP support, account management or client relationships is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, empathy and emotional intelligence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through professional and personalized support.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and feedback across voice and written channels.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions while ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams for product/service improvement.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns and client retention.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery.
