Job summary

Aviation JobSearch Europa in the United Arab Emirates seeks a B1/B2/C Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to ensure continuing airworthiness and operational readiness of VIP aircraft in base and during deployments across the UAE.

Required are UAE GCAA CAR 66 licences (B1/B2/C), Airbus A320 family type rating, engine run approval, and proven line/base maintenance and documentation skills, with strong leadership and English proficiency. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE GCAA CAR 66 B1/B2/C Licence or equivalent for conversion.
• Airbus A320 Family Type Rating (IAE V2500-A5) required.
• Engine Run Approval and experience in line/base maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Airbus docs and AMOS is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; native English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Perform and certify line and base maintenance.
• Lead maintenance activities and supervise engineering staff.
• Troubleshoot defects and coordinate scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain technical records and regulatory compliance.
• Support aircraft during international deployments as Flying Engineer.
