Job summary

A&A Associate in Dubai seeks a creative Videographer / Video Editor to handle shooting through final delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume social media environment.

You will shoot and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more, produce Reels and promotional videos, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is required, with After Effects a plus, and a strong storytelling eye is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, lighting, sound, pacing, and social media content.
• Good knowledge of AI tools for video editing and content creation.
• Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio / Showreel is mandatory.
• Candidates should provide examples of their videography, editing, Reels, commercial content, or creative video work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and execute video concepts.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
