From planning and filming to editing and delivery, you will manage the complete production process, capture compelling real estate visuals, and collaborate with Marketing and Listings teams while staying ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer/Video Producer.
• Strong portfolio of videography and editing work.
• Experience with professional shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with social media content and short-form video.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and produce high-quality videos for real estate properties.
• Handle video production using professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment.
• Produce property videos that showcase interiors, exteriors, features and amenities.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit footage from rough cut to final delivery, with effects, text and audio.

• Stay updated with current video trends and apply them to content.
• Organize and maintain raw footage and project files.

Job description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer to join our team and be responsible for producing high-quality and engaging video content that reflects the company brand identity and supports its marketing objectives.

The Videographer will be responsible for the complete video production process , starting from planning and filming, through editing and post-production, to the final delivery of professional video content.

Responsibilities

1. Shoot and produce high-quality videos for real estate properties, projects, and company activities.
2. Handle video production using professional cameras and appropriate equipment, including lighting, audio equipment, gimbals, and other production tools.
3. Produce professional property videos that effectively showcase properties, interiors, exteriors, features, and amenities.
4. Create engaging short-form content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
5. Edit and produce professional-quality videos from raw footage to final delivery.
6. Add visual effects, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, logos, and other required elements.
7. Perform color correction, color grading, and basic audio enhancement to ensure high-quality final output.
8. Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, and Listing teams to produce the required content.
9. Contribute to developing new video concepts and creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
10. Stay up to date with the latest video production and social media content trends and apply relevant trends to company content.
11. Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and other video assets in a professional manner.
12. Meet video production deadlines and complete requested revisions when required.
13. Ensure all video content follows the company’s visual identity and quality standards.
14. Cover company events, activities, campaigns, and other occasions when required.
15. Properly manage, maintain, and organize video production equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Producer .
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional videography and video editing work.
• Solid experience in professional video shooting and editing.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience creating social media content, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Experience in real estate videography and property walkthroughs is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, and composition.
• Ability to transform marketing concepts into engaging visual content.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from filming through final delivery.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Willingness to travel to different locations for property shoots, projects, and company events when required.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest video production and social media trends.
