Apex Capital Real Estate in Dubai (Motor City) is seeking a talented Videographer to join our team and bring our brand to life through engaging visual content. This full-time role focuses on high-quality real estate visuals and social media videos.

You will capture and edit photos and videos, coordinate shoots with agents, and ensure content aligns with our brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YT Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate videography and editing.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong storytelling and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of social media content trends and formats.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Create dynamic video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule shoots efficiently.
• Maintain a detailed shoot schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to meet project requirements.
• Ensure visuals align with brand identity and goals.
• Manage camera equipment, lighting, and related tools.
• Organize and archive digital assets for easy access.
• Stay updated with real estate photography/videography trends.
• Cover live events such as property launches and corporate functions.
