The role emphasizes on-location shooting, lighting setup, and post-production tasks. A strong portfolio is mandatory, with 1–3 years of experience and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. UAE presence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for real estate properties, projects, and promos.
• Capture property walkthroughs, interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle footage.
• Shoot engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Work closely with real estate agents to create engaging property presentations.
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other filming gear.
• Edit videos with professional transitions, colour correction, sound design, and captions.

The Videographer will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop visual concepts, capture professional footage on location, and ensure consistent brand aesthetics. The role involves setting up and adjusting lighting, operating cameras and related equipment, selecting locations and angles that highlight property features, and coordinating basic post-production tasks such as trimming footage and preparing files for editing. The Videographer is expected to maintain equipment, follow project timelines, and contribute creative ideas that enhance ZSR’s visual storytelling.

• Shoot engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
• Work closely with real estate agents to create engaging property presentations and personal branding videos.
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other filming accessories.
• Edit videos with professional transitions, colour correction, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Create creative content for property launches, project promotions, company events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video shoots.
• Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines and maintains high production quality.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in videography and video editing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of property videography and cinematic shooting techniques is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel of previous work is mandatory.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
