Remotedxb is seeking an interpreter to support clients via a web-based VRI platform. You will interpret conversations, answer inbound calls promptly, and assist users with basic troubleshooting while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• Compliance with national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Adherence to Code of Professional Conduct.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the target language.
• Professional and positive phone manner.
• Minimum PC requirements: Windows 8.1 or higher, AMD A8 or Intel Core i5 or faster, 4GB RAM.
• High-speed internet (5 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• Specific backdrop and lighting setup requirements.
