Job summary

Etihad Credit Bureau seeks a skilled multimedia Producer/Editor to plan, capture, and edit video, photo, and motion content for social media, podcasts, ads, and corporate media. You will work with the CX Community Engagement team and senior leadership to ensure high-quality visuals that match brand standards.

Responsibilities include high-profile videography, on-brand motion graphics, and end-to-end production workflows, with occasional domestic travel within the UAE.

Role Objectives and Expectations:

This exciting new role will assume complete responsibility for planning, capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video/photo and motion/animation for publishing as social media content, podcasts, ads, and corporate media. The role sits within the CX Community Engagement team and also works closely with the Director General, his office, and other department leaders, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery of visual and social content that exemplifies our award-winning brand.

• Produce compelling, on-brand multimedia content (video, audio, motion, and stills) for corporate, social, and event channels.
• Maintain exceptional production standards across filming, sound, graphics, animation, and editing — ensuring colour accuracy, typography consistency, and smooth transitions that reflect global design excellence.
• Operate with professionalism and composure during high-profile leadership and VIP engagements.
• Balance speed and quality, delivering same-day or next-day social edits where required.
• Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and cultural awareness when filming internal and external subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video and photography for executive visits, leadership engagements, and stakeholder interactions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider UAE, including occasional short-notice domestic travel.
• Conceptualise, script, film, and edit content across multiple formats, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal platforms, and event highlights.
• Produce and edit podcast episodes, short-form features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling content.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects that enhance engagement and reinforce brand identity.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve production efficiency and quality, while maintaining full creative and editorial control.
• Manage end-to-end production workflows, including pre-production planning (briefs, scripts, shot lists), filming logistics, and post-production delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Community Engagement team on creative direction, storyboarding, and content scheduling.
• Ensure full adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables, including consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging.
• Maintain structured file management, asset organisation, and version control across projects.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in multimedia production, AI tools, and social media formats, translating them into relevant and innovative content.
• Shoot content using a range of equipment, from mobile devices to professional camera systems and drones, based on project requirements.
• Set up and manage lighting to produce flattering, high-quality, and brand-aligned visuals across environments.
• Serve as on-camera talent when required for tutorials, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling formats.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Communications, or related field
• Advanced skills of Capcut, Adobe CC; Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and other key tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate and social work for recognized UAE brands/institutions
• Proficiency in both Arabic & English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of UAE cultural context
• Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and audio mixing
• Knowledge of social media formats, optimization, and platform trends
• Strong technical knowledge of video production, lighting, and sound

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience producing multimedia content for established brands or institutions
• Proven ability to shoot, edit, and deliver same-day content for social channels
• Demonstrated success in producing leadership or VIP-level video coverage
• Familiarity with UAE corporate/government event protocols
• Experience producing podcasts and multi-camera setups
