Zooma Properties LLC is seeking a creative Real Estate Videographer to join our content team in Dubai. The role focuses on storytelling through video, with hands-on filming, lighting, and editing duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of videography experience, a real estate content background, and proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Occasional weekends/evenings may be required to cover shoots.

• Mandatory: prior exposure to real estate content (property tours, listings videos).
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless camera or camcorder.
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Real Estate Videographer to join our content team. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through video, basic technical proficiency in filming and editing, and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Filming & Production

• Assist in planning, shooting, and producing video content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on set/location shoots
• Set up and break down filming equipment (cameras, tripods, lighting rigs, microphones)
• Capture high-quality footage for property tours, events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, motion effects, and color correction
• Sync audio, music, and voiceovers to video content
• Export and format videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website)

Content & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video requirements and brand guidelines
• Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and storyboards for upcoming shoots
• Organize and manage video files, footage libraries, and project archives
• Stay updated on video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in videography, film production, or a related field
• Mandatory: prior exposure to real estate content (property tours, listings videos, agent/brand content, or similar)
• Proficiency with a DSLR/mirrorless camera or camcorder
• Required proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of basic filming principles: composition, lighting, framing, and audio
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video work, ideally including real estate projects
• Strong attention to detail and creative eye
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/evenings for shoots

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field
• Familiarity with AI tools for video editing/content generation is a plus
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
