Job description

We are looking for a highly creative and trendsavvy Creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in generating engaging content visual storytelling and executing compelling campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in photography and videography is active on social media and brings fresh relevant and onpoint ideas that align with brand goals and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

• Produce highquality photos and videos for social media email marketing and internal campaigns.

• Edit and optimize visual content for various platforms (Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube etc..

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring creative campaign concepts to life.

Trend Research & Idea Generation

• Continuously monitor industry trends viral content and cultural moments to generate relevant marketing ideas.

• Propose innovative platformspecific concepts that drive engagement and brand visibility.

• Adapt creative ideas into actionable campaigns that support key marketing objectives.

Campaign & Coordination

• Support the planning and of social media WhatsApp and email campaigns.

• Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and audience expectations.

• Assist in building out campaign schedules visuals and messaging for consistent delivery.

Social Media Management & Engagement

• Actively manage and engage across platforms ensuring responsiveness and brand presence.

• Track performance and assist in optimizing social content based on data insights.

• Contribute to building an engaged online community and brand advocacy.

Team Collaboration

• Work handinhand with the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.

• Provide input during brainstorming sessions bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.

• Collaborate with freelancers vendors or internal departments when necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong background in photography videography and editing (e.g. Adobe Suite CapCut Canva).

• Familiarity with running successful social media WhatsApp and email campaigns.

• Deep understanding of digital platforms and current trends.

• Excellent creativity with a strong sense of what content works and why.

• Organized collaborative and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary Range and Benefits:

• Salary Range: 7000 AED 10000 AED (based on experience and skill set).

• Medical insurance as per UAE law visa sponsorship training and internal growth opportunities.

Work Arrangement:

This is a fulltime onsite role. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be ready to work from the designated office.
