Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or Business Transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading process reengineering, operational excellence, or transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or certifications (MBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Retail, Corporate Banking, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Shared Services.
• Identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Drive standardization, automation, and Lean/Agile enabled improvements.
• Champion adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, governance, KPIs, and value realization metrics.

As a Vice President - Business Process Re-engineering, your role is to lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate the adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions. You will partner with business and technology teams to drive sustainable improvements, strengthen productivity, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Shared Services.
• Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across key business functions.
• Champion the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver intelligent automation, RPA, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
• Monitor and track transformation outcomes, ensuring measurable efficiency gains and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Drive organizational change management and stakeholder engagement to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Present transformation progress, business cases, and performance updates to senior stakeholders and leadership committees.
• Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory requirements, operational risk standards, and internal governance frameworks.

What We're Looking For
