The successful candidate will provide full-scope first-opinion care, with ownership of patient management, diagnostic imaging, and client communication in a modern clinical setting in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Recognised veterinary degree.
• Eligibility to register with MOCCAE and practise as a veterinarian in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years' post-graduation veterinary experience.
• Strong general-practice experience across internal medicine, dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery.
• Confident diagnostic imaging skills including abdominal ultrasound and radiographic interpretation.
• Experience with point-of-care ultrasound; echocardiography would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive first-opinion veterinary care across a broad range of general practice services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, dentistry and soft-tissue surgery.
• Deliver urgent and same-day care with a focus on preventative medicine and continuity of care.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their owners and provide compassionate guidance.

Veterinary Surgeon – Dubai

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team in Dubai.

The Role

You will provide comprehensive first-opinion veterinary care across a broad range of general practice services, including:

• Wellness examinations and preventative healthcare
• Vaccinations and life-stage healthcare
• Diagnostic investigations and internal medicine
• Dentistry and routine dental procedures
• Routine soft-tissue surgery
• Urgent and same-day care
• Diagnostic imaging and interpretation
• Abdominal and point-of-care ultrasonography
• Building long-term relationships with patients and their owners
• Providing clear, honest and compassionate guidance to pet owners
• Recognising when referral or specialist input is appropriate
• Providing compassionate end-of-life care and supporting families through difficult decisions

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your patients' care and provide proactive, preventative medicine rather than focusing solely on individual consultations.

About You

The successful candidate will have:
