Tu currículum y tu carta de presentación, adaptados exactamente a lo que buscan contratar.
Disrupt.com-backed Zamanat seeks a senior marketing leader to own positioning, demand generation and high‑level external communications. You will translate regulatory and product concepts into clear financial language and oversee a team of labs specialists across media, SEO, AI search, content and PR.
You will drive the CEO's public voice, manage partnerships, and plan a cadence of announcements and sales enablement materials.
For our business unit, Zamanat
Zamanat, backed by Disrupt.com, is building the global market for Digital Shariah Assets. It brings together structuring, regulatory pathways, technology, service providers and distribution readiness so that fund managers, asset owners and ecosystem partners can bring real-world assets to market through one accountable counterparty. Its focus spans private credit, real estate, private equity and commodities, with the Gulf as its first market. Zamanat's first fund, a DFSA-regulated, DIFC-domiciled tokenised private credit vehicle for professional clients, was announced in Dubai in September 2026. The next stage is about mandates: asset owners who bring assets to Zamanat, and allocators who trust the products that result.
Disrupt.com is an operator-led company builder with a portfolio valued above USD 850 million, built without outside funding. Its companies include Cloudways, PureVPN, SQUATWOLF and Secure.com.
You build and run Zamanat's marketing function: the market position, the demand programme and the standard of everything that carries Zamanat's name. The CEO sets strategy and leads the institutional relationships. You turn that into a programme that holds up in front of banks, asset managers, regulators and the financial press.
Disrupt Labs gives Zamanat a bench of central specialists. You set their Zamanat priorities and sign off their output, within a monthly allocation agreed with Labs. You select and manage agencies, with CEO approval on spend.
Learn the products, regulatory boundaries and approved language. Audit the last year's output, take over the approval path and start the weekly report.
Agree the quarter's plan, budget and targets with the CEO and the specialist allocation with Labs. Launch the announcement calendar and the first sales enablement pack.
Deliver the first marketing‑led institutional moment, such as a roundtable or published research, with conversations tracked with sales. Present a 12‑month plan.
Targets are set with the CEO in the first 60 days.
working knowledge of the Gulf financial market (DIFC, ADGM and regional financial media); understanding of Islamic finance or tokenisation; experience of a fund launch or regulated product launch.
