Job summary

Flynn and Chase, a long-established evergreen investment platform, is hiring an associate to originate proprietary deal flow, lead end-to-end diligence, and support valuation and memo writing for ICs. You will work with founders, operators, and co-investors across MENA, Türkiye, and Pakistan under an ambitious network.

The role emphasizes building a pipeline, rigorous analysis, and hands-on portfolio support including GTM, hiring, and follow-on financing, with Arabic language ability a plus and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in venture capital or growth equity.
• Demonstrated early-stage deal experience (seed or Series A).
• MENA regional background preferred; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong judgement, entrepreneurial mindset and broad network.

Responsibilities

• Originating proprietary deal flow through founder and operator networks.
• Lead commercial, financial, and reference diligence.
• Support valuation, structuring and term-sheet discussions.
• Write and defend investment memos for ICs.
• Work hands-on with portfolio companies on hiring, GTM and follow-on financing.
