Flynn and Chase in Dubai is seeking an Analyst to work with a region-leading early-stage technology investor. You will be close to decision-makers, participate in live seed and Series A processes from first meeting to term sheet, and gain exposure to founders building category-leading companies across MENA, Türkiye and Pakistan.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, financial modelling, market mapping, and portfolio monitoring within a lean, senior team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in venture capital, growth equity or a high-growth startup in a commercial/strategy/finance role.
• Strong analytical toolkit including financial modelling, data handling and clear written output.
• Regional background strongly preferred; Arabic is a distinct advantage.
• Early-stage exposure (VC, accelerator, angel syndicate or founder-side) highly valued.
• Curious, low-ego, comfortable with ambiguity and a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening early-stage opportunities across the region.
• Market and competitor research, sector theses and inbound triage.
• Financial modelling, cohort and unit-economics analysis, cap table work.
• Diligence support and preparation of investment committee materials.
• Ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting.
