Job summary

Edenred UAE in Dubai is seeking a Field Officer to support onboarding of cardholders, collect KYC, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting our C3Pay app and card services.

You will conduct remittance visits on salary days, assist with day-to-day card and app issues, and participate in fraud awareness and product trainings for payroll teams. A Finance/Commerce degree, strong communication, and multi-language skills are required to drive financial inclusion across unbanked employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce.
• Demonstrable experience as a field officer in any banking product.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multi language speaker.
• Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute cards and collect KYC from authorized individuals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Onboard cardholders to our app and educate about products and services.
• Provide financial inclusion training for cardholders to onboard new users to the C3Pay app.
• Assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to their card or mobile app during remittance visits on salary days.
• Support marketing campaigns for C3Pay product awareness and participate in fraud awareness trainings.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute cards, and collect KYC of the authorized individuals, ensuring we comply with mandatory compliance regulations.
• Onboard cardholders to our app, educate about the products and services along with the proper usage of the card.
• Financial inclusion training for cardholders to onboard new users to the C3Pay app and assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to their card or mobile app.
• Remittance visits on salary days to assist cardholders to transfer money through C3Pay App.
• Marketing campaigns for C3Pay product service awareness, award ceremonies at employee residences.
• Conduct fraud awareness trainings at employee residence.
• Corporate VAS Training presentation to Payroll and welfare team.
