Job summary

Leams Education in Dubai is seeking a Value & Character Education Specialist to design and deliver values-based programs that weave Islamic teachings into the broader curriculum. You will lead workshops fostering ethical decision-making, empathy, and leadership while promoting a culture rooted in faith and integrity.

You will monitor Quranic recitation progress, engage parents and the community, and collaborate with teachers to tailor activities by age group.

Qualifications

• Masters in Islamic Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Dubai.

• Assess and report on the effectiveness of values-based programs, recommending improvements for continuous impact.
• Engage parents and the broader community to support Islamic character-building initiatives and enhance cultural awareness.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate Islamic teachings seamlessly into the broader curriculum, tailored to different age groups and learning abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress in Quranic recitation, memorization, and understanding of Tajweed rules.
• Qualification: Masters in Islamic Education or related field. 5+years of teaching experience in Dubai.
