Qualifications

• Master's degree in Islamic Education (required).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic values, Quranic education, Tajweed.
• Ability to design workshops and learning sessions for diverse ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication with teachers, parents, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Design a structured values and character education program aligned with the school's philosophy.
• Develop age-appropriate learning experiences centered on Islamic values.
• Plan workshops promoting integrity, empathy, responsibility, leadership, and respect.
• Monitor Quranic recitation and Tajweed development.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate Islamic teachings into the wider curriculum.
• Engage parents and the community to strengthen character development.
