The Value and Character Education Specialist plays a key role in shaping students' personal growth, moral development, and understanding of Islamic values across the school community. The role focuses on strengthening student character development, Quranic education, ethical learning, and Islamic values integration while supporting a positive school culture aligned with faith, integrity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver workshops, activities, and sessions focused on ethical decision-making, empathy, leadership, and Islamic values.
• Promote a positive school culture by leading initiatives based on faith, integrity, compassion, and responsibility.
• Support the integration of Islamic teachings into the wider curriculum across different age groups and learning levels.
• Collaborate with teachers to align classroom learning with values-based education and Quranic understanding.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress in Quran recitation, memorization, and proper Tajweed application.
• Assess the effectiveness of character education programs and recommend improvements for stronger educational impact.
