Job summary

Leams Education in Dubai is seeking a Value & Character Education Specialist to design and deliver values-based programs that weave Islamic teachings into the broader curriculum. You will lead workshops fostering ethical decision-making, empathy, and leadership while promoting a culture rooted in faith and integrity.

You will monitor Quranic recitation progress, engage parents and the community, and collaborate with teachers to tailor activities by age group.

Qualifications

• Masters in Islamic Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct workshops and sessions promoting ethical decision-making, empathy, leadership, and respect for Islamic traditions.
• Foster a positive school culture rooted in faith, integrity, and responsibility.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of values-based programs and suggest improvements.
• Engage parents and the community to support Islamic character-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate Islamic teachings into the curriculum and adapt for age groups.
