Job summary

Dicetek LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Value Stream Management implementation across the Bank. You will coordinate Business, Technology, PMO, Agile CoE, Architecture and Governance teams to embed value streams as the core delivery and investment model for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, engineering or equivalent.
MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
Agile, SAFe, Lean, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Value Stream Management implementation and adoption.
Coordinate between Business, Technology, PMO, CoE, Architecture, Finance and Governance teams.
Define target operating models, governance, funding, and performance measures.
Drive the transformation from project-based delivery to product/value-stream operating models.
Establish and sustain value streams across the organisation.
