The Corporate Institute is seeking a Manager – Financial Analysis & Valuation (CFA) to act as the group’s technical custodian of financial models, valuation opinions and investor analytics in the UAE. The role supports the IPO and fundraising milestones with rigorous, auditable numbers.

Qualifications

• Must hold CFA charter or be on track to complete it.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation experience.
• Experience in investment banking, valuation advisory or private equity.
• Exposure to infrastructure or real estate assets is advantageous.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and version-control multi-entity financial models with audit trails.
• Prepare and defend Group Enterprise Valuation and programme valuations.
• Support due diligence, investor materials and lender presentations.
• Ensure governance, master assumptions and IFRS-aligned reporting.
