Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a senior Financial Modelling & Valuation professional to manage complex multi-entity models and valuation reports across a diversified portfolio. You will defend quantitative analyses for investor materials and assist in major capital markets initiatives.

Applicants should hold a CFA charter, a finance-related degree, and 7–10 years’ experience in investment banking, valuation advisory or private equity.

Qualifications

• CFA charterholder mandatory; CFA Level III candidates considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics; professional accounting qualification or Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven to ten years of experience in investment banking, valuation advisory, private equity or related fields.
• Demonstrable ownership of complex, multi-entity financial models and formal valuation reports.
• Exposure to infrastructure, real estate development, industrial or energy assets preferred; GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and version-control group and programme-level financial models with clear architecture and audit trails.
• Prepare the Group Enterprise Valuation and programme valuations using blended methodologies (SOTP, DCF, IPO-implied).
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity and Monte Carlo analyses; support governance and external model audits.
• Prepare information memoranda, investor presentations and lender packs; respond to due diligence queries with worked analysis.
• Track capital markets conditions, benchmarks and project-level funding requirements.
