Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to transform complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You’ll design dashboards for reservations, properties, guest communications, and finance, while shaping AI interactions and onboarding flows for property managers and guests.

You will collaborate with founders and engineers to deliver production-ready designs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS products or dashboards with complex workflows.
• Strong visual design and typography skills with attention to responsive design.
• Ability to turn complex requirements into clear user journeys and interfaces.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver production-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes and final interfaces.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback, and iterate after launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining design quality.
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
