Job summary

Thales in Dubai is seeking a UX/UI Designer (M/F) based in Dubai to place the user at the center of product development. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, use tools like Figma, Penpot, and Adobe Suite, and lead workshops with stakeholders.

You will design detailed templates, wireframes, and prototypes, run iterative user tests, and measure the impact of design choices, contributing to Thales digital transformation and secure defense solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
• Experience preparing and facilitating workshops with all project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of human behaviour factors (fatigue, workload, situational awareness) is a plus.
• English and French at Advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Using design to propose alternative methods that facilitate discovery of weak signals.
• Participating in the definition of user needs.
• Facilitating co-creation workshops (personas, card sorting, user journeys, experience maps, sketching, etc.).
• Designing detailed functional templates (storyboards, zoning, wireframes, prototyping).
• Conducting iterative user tests (A/B testing, eye-tracking, focus groups).
• Synthesising complex concepts using design tools (visualisation, representation).
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest UX/design trends.
• Measuring the impact of design choices.
