Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a User-Centered Design Specialist in Dubai to partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will translate research into intuitive web and mobile interfaces, building profiles, usability requirements, and use cases.

With 3+ years in UCD/HCI and strong prototyping skills (Balsamiq/Visio), you will iteratively refine designs and evaluate interfaces with end users to improve usability and adoption.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Cogniti ve psychology, human factors, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years in User Centered Design / HCI.
• 3+ years in User Research.
• 3+ years in Interaction Design.
• 3+ years designing web and mobile interfaces.
• 3+ years developing user requirements and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
• Perform user research and observation to transform mental models into user interfaces.
• Develop user profiles, usability requirements, use cases, and scenarios.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile solutions using storyboards and mockups.
• Prototype designs iteratively to represent the UI and user research findings.
• Utilize cognitive techniques to evaluate interfaces with end users.
