Job summary

Halian is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape digital experiences across our client's customer and business platforms in Dubai. You will lead strategy, UX craft, and research from discovery through delivery to deliver high-impact experiences.

In this role you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Business teams to ensure customer needs align with business goals, driving measurable outcomes and design excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and launching successful digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design thinking and problem solving.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-informed design practices.
• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences across our client's customer and business platforms.

This role combines strategic product thinking, exceptional UX craft, and a deep understanding of user behaviour. You will lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative experiences that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, defining product experiences, validating solutions with users, and delivering high-quality designs that balance customer needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through implementation and optimization.
• Drive product vision and experience strategy across key customer journeys.
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and impactful solutions.
• Establish a high standard of design quality, usability, and execution.
• Define user journeys, workflows, interaction models, and information architecture.
• Design elegant experiences that simplify complex user tasks and decision-making processes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed interaction specifications.
• Ensure experiences are accessible, scalable, and consistent across platforms.
• Partner with researchers, product managers, and stakeholders to uncover user needs and opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
• Validate concepts through rapid experimentation and iterative design.

Requirements
