We are looking for a UX Designer, based in Dubai, to work closely with our product team focusing on the Travel Agents booking experience for our Consumer Travel business unit.

Who you are?

• Experience: You have 2-4 years of design experience within a consumer focused organization and a proven record of successfully shipped mobile and web experiences.
• Collaborator: You love working with other designers and cross functional team members and thrive on transparency and effective communication.
• Problem solving: You are a design thinker and problem solver at heart, and you consistently strive to gain a deep understanding of the customers, business, and problems you are trying to solve.
• UI Design: You possess excellent visual design skills and are proficient in design, prototyping, and white‑boarding tools (such as Figma, Framer, Miro). You have experience working with and contributing to a design system.
• Communication: You have the necessary communication skills to tell a story about your work - and are comfortable talking to customers, collaborating, and presenting.
• Feedback: You regularly seek and give constructive feedback. You share and discuss your work openly at every stage without any “big reveals.”
• Portfolio: You have an online portfolio or PDF you can share with us. Please include up to 3 projects that best represent your design thinking process and demonstrate the impact of your work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

What you’ll do?

• Define: You will identify and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points and use this to define opportunities and problem statements that inform the team’s work.
• Understand: You will consider the business needs, technical constraints, data, and platform requirements in order to produce impactful and valuable solutions.
• Solve: You will creatively translate opportunities into elegant, intuitive, and effective experiences that deliver user and business value.
• Ideate & prototype: You will rapidly and pragmatically produce concepts and prototypes, understanding when further ideation, testing, or changing directions is needed.
• Experiment: You will run experiments frequently to validate your assumptions and optimize your solutions.
• Collaborate: You will work in a fast‑paced team of engineers, product managers, and designers to uncover customer problems and deliver impactful solutions across multiple web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• You are experienced in the entire product design cycle: From UX research, wireframes and prototypes to the final design, implementation and optimization.
• You have been part of several iterations, with product teams and developers. Deep experience in designing for multi‑platform, with deep knowledge on the uniqueness of design challenges on each.
• Previous experience working on internal systems and in evidence‑driven teams is a plus.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma and Framer).
• A strong visual design background with knowledge of design systems.
• Solid understanding in the field of research: interviewing users, setting up surveys and usability tests as well as interpreting the results.
• Being able to interpret qualitative and quantitative data into opportunities for improvements.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Required languages: English, Arabic (is a plus).
