Position Overview: The Utility Engineer role at Azizi Developments supports the planning, coordination, and supervision of utility works for infrastructure and development projects managed from Dubai. This position focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and timely installation, relocation, and protection of utilities while coordinating closely with authorities, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and oversee installation, relocation, and protection of utilities including water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, electrical, and telecom systems.
• Coordinate with local authorities and service providers to secure approvals and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Review utility design drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built submissions for technical accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor on‑site utility works to ensure progress, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Identify and resolve utility design conflicts and coordination issues, proposing effective technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain utility progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government agencies to align utility activities with overall project schedules.
