Qualifications

• 6+ years in utility plant operations within steel, fertilizer, or petrochemical plants.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in RO and utility plant operations.
• 2+ years in troubleshooting, emergency handling, and water analysis.
• 2+ years experience as Team Leader/Supervisor in utility operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO plants and utility equipment within approved parameters.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and checks to minimize unplanned shutdowns.
• Coordinate shift handover with clear operational updates.
• Identify deviations in operating parameters and take corrective actions.
