Keeta is looking for an analytical and proactive User Growth & Operations Intern to support our growth strategy and day-to-day operations. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, supporting how we allocate subsidy investments across different cities, campaigns, and user segments.

You’ll work directly with the strategy team to turn data into actionable insights, monitor campaign performance, and support decisions that drive user growth and business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Pull, clean, and analyze performance data across cities, user segments, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly trackers, reports, and forecast models to support growth planning and recurring analysis.
• Turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for business and strategy decisions.
• Monitor live campaigns and key performance indicators, flagging performance issues and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Support campaign launches through baseline analysis, target setting, performance tracking, and post-campaign reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Product, Marketing, and Finance on data requests and operational follow-ups.
• Support analysis related to user segmentation, subsidy optimization, and campaign strategy.

What We Need From You

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from large-scale datasets.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and basic data modeling/forecasting.
• Ability to translate data into a clear story and actionable business recommendations, rather than simply reporting numbers.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks with limited supervision.
• Language fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for 3–6 months, at least 4 days per week.
