Job summary

Keeta, based in Dubai, is seeking a Data Analytics professional to analyze large datasets and uncover insights into end-to-end logistics performance. You will translate data findings into actionable recommendations to support operational decisions and growth.

You will design and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions, own the full data lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across global operations, including English and Chinese stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on data analytics experience.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Strong communication with technical and business teams.

• Own the full data lifecycle, including data extraction, validation, quality management, analysis, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong ability to transform complex data analysis into clear and actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills for global collaboration.
• Growth mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
