Job summary

Skyports Infrastructure in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Project Associate to support vertiport development projects in the United Arab Emirates. You will contribute to planning, coordination, and execution, working closely with architects, engineers, planners, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.

The role involves coordinating project plans, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management with excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, document issues, and support quality control.
• Prepare site visit reports and share findings with the project team.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project data analysis.
• Support technical and financial assessments of vertiport projects.
• Work with architects, engineers, planners, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide input in project meetings to support effective decision-making.
• Stay informed on project management practices, urban air mobility trends, and vertiport development innovations.
