Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) is seeking a Manager Outreach & Stakeholder Relations (UAEN) to lead outreach, protocol governance, and strategic engagement across governments, embassies and partners. Responsibilities include managing CRM, reporting, and partnering with senior stakeholders to advance UAE and international initiatives.

The role emphasizes team leadership, KPI-driven performance, and UAE National growth within a dynamic clean energy portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline.
MBA is an asset.
At least 6 years of experience in outreach, corporate relations and communications.

Responsibilities

Lead outreach strategy design and execution to enhance brand visibility locally, regionally and globally.
Oversee protocol planning and governance for corporate events, delegations, and VIP visits.
Represent the brand in high-level engagements with government entities, embassies and strategic partners.
Manage CRM systems, reporting and day-to-day updates and tracking.
Lead project planning, monitoring and reporting to ensure outreach initiatives are delivered.
Develop proposals for partnerships and main government partners; manage relationships and follow-ups.
