Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Waiter/Waitress in Dubai to provide prompt and courteous customer service, take orders, and deliver meals with precision and care. You will ensure high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction, assist with table setup and closing procedures, and collaborate with the team for smooth service across shifts.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in fine dining or upscale venues, with strong English and Turkish communication and a readiness to join immediately.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as Waiter/Server in a great dining or mid-to-upscale venue
• Excellent customer service and upselling skills
• Strong English and Turkish communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously
• Take orders and serve food to tables accurately and on time
• Ensure guests receive high-quality, consistent service to meet expectations
• Follow service sequence per brand guidelines
• Know menu items well to explain and upsell to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and stations
• Prepare and clear tables efficiently; manage section assignments by shift
• Coordinate with cashier on orders and tips
• Attend team briefings and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Be available to start immediately is a plus
