Job summary

Prada Group in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Retail Merchandiser for the UOMO category to drive in-store presentation and assortment in partnership with central teams.

You will visit stores, support visual merchandising, coordinate with planning, and ensure stock levels meet sales targets while upholding Prada's luxury standards. Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer profiles through store visits and feedback to Central Retail Merchandiser.
• Collaborate with Central Retail Merchandiser and Product Committee to prepare Master Order and selection criteria for the area and category.
• Collaborate with Central Retail Merchandiser and Controlling Department to prepare sales budget for the area and product categories.
• Maintain regular contact with key stores, including on-site visits, to monitor stock and communicate product features and selling points.
• Provide timely feedback on customer responses, fit, missing items, and defects to the Central Retail Merchandiser.
• Monitor sales performance across the area using company reporting tools.
• Coordinate with Store/Area Managers to align sales performance with stock levels and targets.
• Participate in Visual Merchandising activities, planning and replanning as needed, and support Visual Display planning with stores.
• Verify Visual Display alignment with sales objectives and collection concept through store visits and feedback to Fashion Coordinator or Central Retail Merchandiser.
• Assist in preparing guidance materials for stores and managers and ensure implementation of seasonal guidelines.
• Analyze the relationship between displayed products and sales, ensuring rotation aligns with guidelines and provide feedback to Central Retail Merchandiser.
• Implement product training for Sales Staff to keep them informed, knowledgeable, and motivated about the products.
• Support and supervise team members in daily activities with guidance on methods and timelines.
