Job summary

Pathward is seeking a senior data analytics professional to mine and analyze large loan datasets, develop insights, and collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to improve lending performance.

You will leverage descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, build score models, forecast results, and document procedures while working with vendors and data science teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAS, and SQL.

• Develop and refine reports in collaboration with data analytics, underwriting, and operations teams
• Leverage custom score models for underwriting, pricing, and profitability

• Create and maintain Procedure and Program documentation
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support team goals
