Pathward is seeking an experienced account manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. You will ensure compliance with risk controls and profitability targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts ensuring compliance with risk, profitability, and financial controls.
• Monitor client financial conditions and industry trends to minimize losses.
• Ensure all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structures.
• Achieve individual profit objectives through acceptable contribution to overhead.
• Document all relationships to ensure required legal documentation is met.
• Resolve factoring and asset-based lending service problems.
• Propose policy and procedure changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management approval.
