Job summary

The successful candidate will support quantitative and analytical learning, connect theory to practice, and collaborate with colleagues across the School of Business. PhD in Finance required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Finance from a recognised university.
• Strong grounding across core areas of Finance.
• Experience teaching university Finance subjects.
• Experience using case studies, simulations, financial datasets or applied projects in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teaching undergraduate Finance education with subject allocation per requirements.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials and learning activities.
• Design engaging learning experiences connecting theory with practice.
• Develop and mark assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students' quantitative, analytical and financial decision-making abilities.
• Provide academic consultation and support student progression.
• Use contemporary learning technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
• Contribute to curriculum review and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance and School colleagues across the discipline.
